Technical Data

• Material: Body of steel alloy covered with engineering grade polymer with a galvanized steel wire rope size 2.5 mm.
• Characteristics: Available in 2 designs: Spin & Antispin. It has excellent temperature stability. The steel rope is heavy with a very high tensile strength. The plastic protective layer shows indications of tampering.
• Dimensions: Wire length: SHORT = 300mm, STANDARD = 1000mm & EXTRA LONG = As per customer request. Steel Cable diameter: 2.5mm.
• Printing/ Logo: Visible and durable logo/ name printing can be done via laser marking.
• Serialisation: Sequential numbering can be done up to 6 or 7 digits by laser marking, or customised as per requirement.
• Application: Ideal for sealing and securing of: UVA trucks, containers, wire baskets, cars, shipping containers, swap bodies, tank containers, water pumps, transport containers, computer cases, chemical containers, tanker valves, chemical valves, gas valves, ship valves, milk tankers, etc.
• User Instruction: The steel cable attached through Cable PUSH & LOCK system. Any extra length can be re-wound and the seal can be locked at the closest position.To unseal, use steel rope cutters.
• Colours Available: Green or customizable as per request.
• Packing/ Transport:   Strong corrugated cartons.
